Booking ideally 2–3 weeks beforehand is advisable, and even more so in the busy months from May to September. For business gatherings or private celebrations, secure your spot 4–6 weeks early for ample availability and to tailor your experience.
What is the protocol for inclement weather conditions?
Your safety takes precedence. If the captain assesses the weather as hazardous, we propose rescheduling to another suitable date or issuing a complete refund. Weather forecasts are diligently observed, and we will reach out to you if the weather looks uncertain 24 hours before your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own provisions. Nevertheless, we also provide excellent catering options tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.

Could you outline your cancellation policy?
Should you cancel 72 hours before departure, you'll receive a total refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within the 24-hour mark are traditionally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical faults on our end.
